Rates
The private pay rates are $185 for the initial session and $165 for subsequent sessions.  Provider "contracted" rates vary with insurance companies.  If you have a deductible you will need to check with your insurance provider to determine your cost.

Insurance
Insurance is considered a form of payment provided by you.  If insurance fails to pay for whatever reason, you are still responsible to pay for the service.  Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully and ask the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• Is there a deductible?  How much, if any, has been met?
• What is my copay/co-insurance for which I am financially responsible?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

WE ACCEPT:  Aetna, Capital Blue Cross, Geisinger, Highmark, Optum, and United Health Care/UMR.                                                                      We DO NOT accept:  Independence Administrators, Independence Blue Cross, Medicare, or Medicaid.

Cancellation Policy
If you decide not to come to your appointment, notify us at least 48 hours in advance.  Missed appointments are charged a $75 late  cancellation fee.  Sessions are rescheduled automatically for the same time each week.  If you determine to discontinue notify your therapist during your session.  Otherwise you may be charged for a missed appointment.
